The village of Macedonia is small in size, but mighty in personality!  Macedonia houses 2 museums, a performing arts theater, an honor system library, and an art gallery all on the main street.  The small village has outdone itself in the details from the wrought-iron railings along Main Street to the covered Grand Stand (one of only 2 in Iowa) at the ball field. Plus, now you have the chance to take it in overnight at The Macedonia House Bed and Breakfast!

Donia Days is held every August, usually the 3rd week and it’s an event everyone shows up for!
